Frequently asked questions
Do I need any prior knowledge?
No. Classes adapt to your level from the very beginning. If you have never used a computer or smartphone, we start right there. No prior knowledge required.
Are the classes individual or in a group?
Classes are completely individual — just you and the teacher. We move at your pace and focus on exactly what you need.
Are the classes in Spanish?
Yes, all classes are conducted in Spanish. Many of our students are foreign residents who already have a working level of Spanish. If you are unsure, contact us for a quick chat first.
Can I bring my own device?
Yes, and it is strongly recommended. Learning on your own device means everything you practise in class you will immediately recognise at home.
Where are you?
We are at Rúa Hábitat Nº 10, in Perillo (Oleiros), A Coruña — ground floor of the La Caixa building, behind the taxi rank, opposite Reflejos hair salon. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00–16:00.

My relative is completely new to computers — can you help?
Absolutely. We are very experienced working with older adults who have never used a computer before. We start from the very beginning, there is no rush, and we repeat everything as many times as needed.
Can a family member attend to help their relative?
Of course. Sometimes it helps to have someone familiar present, especially in the first session. We are flexible — the goal is for the student to feel comfortable and to learn at their own pace.
